Steps

1. Cast Crimson Kobolds by paying
2. Flickering Hound triggers, blinking Lurrus
3. Resolve the Crimson Kobolds spell
4. Then, activate Bloodthrone Vampire by sacrificing Crimson Kobolds, giving Bloodthrone Vampire +2/+2 until end of turn Repeat
