Steps

1. Activate the Equipment by paying its equip cost, attaching it to Crimson Kobolds
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Crimson Kobolds, adding
3. When Crimson Kobolds dies, Koll triggers, returning Crimson Kobolds from your graveyard to your hand
4. Cast Crimson Kobolds by paying its mana cost
5. Repeat
