Prerequisites

• Bolas's Citadel on the battlefield
• Mortuary on the battlefield
• Crimson Kobolds in hand or in the library
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Crimson Kobolds either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Crimson Kobolds, adding
3. When Crimson Kobolds dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Crimson Kobolds from your graveyard on top of your library
4. Repeat
