• Cryptolith Rite on the battlefield
• Judge of Currents on the battlefield
• Artificial Evolution in hand
• Lurking Roper does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Cast Artificial Evolution by paying , changing all instances of "Merfolk" on Judge of Currents to "Horror" until end of turn
2. Activate Lurking Roper by tapping it, adding one mana of any color
3. Judge of Currents triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
4. Lurking Roper triggers, untapping itself
5. Repeat
