• Cauldron Familiar on the battlefield
• Shilgengar, Sire of Famine on the battlefield
• Quintorius, History Chaser on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar
2. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food, returning Cauldron Familiar to the battlefield from your graveyard
3. Cauldron Familiar and Quintorius, History Chaser trigger
4. Resolve the Quintorius, History Chaser trigger, creating a token and a Food token
5. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
6. Repeat Activate Shilgengar's first ability by sacrificing another creature, creating a Blood artifact token and a 1/1 Squirrel creature token
7. Repeat
8. Activate Shilgengar's first ability by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar, creating a Food and Blood token
9. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield
10. When Cauldron Familiar enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
11. Repeat
