1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar
2. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food, returning Cauldron Familiar to the battlefield from your graveyard
3. Cauldron Familiar and Teval trigger
4. Resolve the Teval trigger, creating a creature token and a Food token
5. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
