Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar
2. Ulvenwald Mysteries' first ability triggers, creating a Clue, a Food, and a Treasure token
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Cauldron Familiar's power
4. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food token, returning Cauldron Familiar from your graveyard to the battlefield
5. Cauldron Familiar enters the battlefield, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
6. Repeat
