Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar, adding Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food, returning Cauldron Familiar to the battlefield from your graveyard
2. Cauldron Familiar and Teval trigger
3. Resolve the Teval trigger, creating a creature token and a Food token
4. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
5. Repeat
