Prerequisites

• Cauldron Familiar in the graveyard
• Nuka-Cola Vending Machine on the battlefield
• Gourmand's Talent on the battlefield
• Bartolomé del Presidio on the battlefield
• You control at least one other artifact

Steps

1. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing another artifact, which is a Food due to Gourmand's Talent
2. Nuka-Cola Vending Machine triggers, creating a tapped Treasure token
3. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield
4. When Cauldron Familiar enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
5. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar, putting a +1/+1 counter on Bartolomé del Presidio
6. Repeat
