Prerequisites

• Romana II in hand or in the command zone
• The Sixth Doctor on the battlefield
• Adrix and Nev, Twincasters in hand
• You have not copied a spell using The Sixth Doctor this turn
• plus commander tax if applicable the first turn, and the second turn available

Steps

1. Cast Romana II either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable
2. The Sixth Doctor triggers, creating a token copy of Romana II that isn't legendary
3. During another turn, cast Adrix and Nev by paying
4. The Sixth Doctor triggers, creating a token copy of Adrix and Nev that isn't legendary
5. Resolve the Adrix and Nev spell
6. Activate a Romana II by paying and tapping it, creating four token copies of the Adrix and Nev token that aren't legendary
7. Activate the other Romana II by paying and tapping it, creating 64 token copies of the Adrix and Nev token that aren't legendary
8. Whenever you create a token from this point on, you will create 2^70 times as many of those tokens due to the 70 Adrix and Nev's you control
