• Adrix and Nev, Twincasters on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Slimefoot by paying , creating two 1/1 Saproling creature tokens
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Saprolings, adding
3. The Saproling dies, triggering Slimefoot twice, dealing 2 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain two life
4. Repeat
