• The Balrog, Durin's Bane in the command zone
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Anax, Hardened in the Forge on the battlefield
• There have been a number of permanents sacrificed this turn equal to five plus The Balrog's commander tax

Steps

1. Cast The Balrog from the command zone by paying
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing The Balrog, adding
3. Choose to return The Balrog to the command zone from your graveyard
4. When The Balrog dies, it and Anax trigger
5. Resolve the Balrog trigger, destroying any artifact and/or creature an opponent controls
6. Resolve the Anax trigger, creating two 1/1 Satyr creature tokens
7. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Satyr, adding
8. Repeat
