Drannith Magistrate, and Shared Fate

Prerequisites

• Drannith Magistrate on the battlefield
• Shared Fate on the battlefield

Steps

1. If a player would draw a card, that player exiles the top card of one of their opponent' libraries face down instead
2. opponent can not cast any cards exiled by Shared Fate because Drannith Magistrate prevents them from casting cards form anywhere other than their hands

Results

• Opponents cannot cast spells exiled by Shared Fate
• Players cannot draw cards
