• Syr Konrad, the Grim on the battlefield
• Tainted Strike in hand
• Bone Harvest in hand
• You have at least ten creature cards in your graveyard
• available

Steps

1. Cast Tainted Strike by paying , giving Syr Konrad +1/+0 and infect until end of turn
2. Cast Bone Harvest by paying , putting at least ten creature cards on top of your library from your graveyard
3. Syr Konrad triggers for each creature card that left your graveyard this way, giving each opponent that many poison counters
4. Each opponent loses the game due to having ten or more poison counters
