Steps

1. Cast Thassa's Oracle by paying
2. Thassa's Oracle triggers
3. In response, activate Leech Bonder's ability from Cryptolith Rite by tapping it, adding
4. Activate Leech Bonder's second ability by paying and untapping it, moving the +1/+1 counter from Benthic Biomancer to Thassa's Oracle
5. Activate Leech Bonder's ability from Cryptolith Rite by tapping it, adding
6. Activate Leech Bonder's second ability by paying and untapping it, moving the +1/+1 counter from Thassa's Oracle to Benthic Biomancer
7. Benthic Biomancer triggers, causing you to loot
8. Repeat steps 3 through 7 until the number of cards in your library is equal to your devotion to
9. Resolve Thassa's Oracle's ability, winning the game
