Steps

1. Activate up to five lands you control, adding at least plus enough mana to cycle both instant / sorcery cards
2. Activate an instant or sorcery's cycling ability by paying its cycling cost and discarding it
3. Escape Protocol triggers, causing you to pay to blink Peregrine Drake
4. When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to five lands
5. Resolve the cycling ability, causing you to draw a card
6. Activate an instant or sorcery's cycling ability by paying its cycling cost and discarding it
7. Escape Protocol triggers, causing you to pay to blink Scholar of the Ages
8. When Scholar of the Ages enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning the two cycling cards from your graveyard to your hand
9. Resolve the cycling ability, causing you to draw a card
10. Repeat
