Steps

1. Cast Touch of Vitae by paying , targeting Kami of Whispered Hopes
2. Activate Quicksilver Elemental by paying , causing it to gain Kami of Whispered Hopes's activated abilities until end of turn
3. Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Kami of Whispered Hopes's ability by tapping it, adding at least Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Kami of Whispered Hopes's ability granted to it by Touch of Vitae by paying , untapping Quicksilver Elemental
4. Repeat from step 2
