Prerequisites

• Bishop of Wings on the battlefield
• Arcane Adaptation on the battlefield
• Hammerhead, Maggia Boss on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Hammerhead by sacrificing another creature
2. When the creature dies, Bishop of Wings' second ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token
3. When the Spirit token enters the battlefield as an Angel due to Arcane Adaptation, Bishop of Wings' first ability triggers, causing you to gain 4 life
4. Resolve the Hammerhead ability
5. Repeat
