Steps

1. Cast Searing Touch with buyback by paying
2. Poppet Stitcher triggers, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token
3. The Zombie enters the battlefield, triggering Mana Echoes, adding at least
4. Resolve Searing Touch, dealing 1 damage to any target and returning Searing Touch to your hand
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Zombie, adding
6. Repeat
