Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Zombie creature, adding
2. Wilhelt and Blood Artist triggers
3. Resolve the Wilhelt triggers, creating a 2/2 Zombie token
4. Resolve the Blood Artist trigger, causing target opponent to lose 1 life and gaining you 1 life
5. Repeat
