• Jewel-Eyed Cobra on the battlefield
• Luminous Broodmoth on the battlefield
• Soul Diviner on the battlefield
• Intruder Alarm on the battlefield
• Soul Diviner does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Scorched Rusalka by paying and sacrificing Jewel-Eyed Cobra
2. Jewel-Eyed Cobra and Luminous Broodmoth triggers
3. Resolve the Jewel-Eyed Cobra triggers, creating a treasure token
4. Resolve the Luminous Broodmoth triggers, returning Jewel-Eyed Cobra to the battlefield with a flying counter on it
5. Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures
6. Resolve the Sorched Rusalka trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target
7. Activate the treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
8. Activate Soul Diviner by tapping it, removing a flying counter from Jewel-Eyed Cobra
9. Repeat
