Prerequisites

• Spike Feeder on the battlefield
• Unspeakable Symbol on the battlefield
• Pir, Imaginative Rascal on the battlefield
• You have at least four life

Steps

1. Activate Unspeakable Symbol by paying three life, putting two +1/+1 counters on Spike Feeder
2. Activate Spike Feeder's second ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, causing you to gain four life
3. Repeat
