Prerequisites

• Teferi, Temporal Archmage on the battlefield
• Displacer Kitten on the battlefield
• Whim of Volrath in hand
• You control up to four permanents that can tap to produce at least

Steps

1. Activate up to four permanents by tapping them, adding at least
2. Cast Whim of Volrath with buyback by paying
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Teferi
4. Resolve Whim of Volrath, returning it to your hand
5. Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping up to four permanents
6. Repeat
7. If the four permanents can tap to produce at least , you may get infinite mana, and then use Teferi's first loyalty ability instead
