• Supernatural Stamina in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Salvager of Secrets on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Supernatural Stamina by paying , targeting Salvager of Secrets
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Salvager of Secrets, adding
3. When Salvager of Secrets dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield
4. When Salvager of Secrets enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Supernatural Stamina from your graveyard to your hand
5. Repeat
