Steps

1. Cast Flame Jab from your graveyard by paying and discarding Dakmor Salvage
2. Storm-Kiln Artist and Moonveil Regent trigger
3. Resolve the Storm-Kiln Artist trigger, creating a Treasure token
4. Resolve the Moonveil Regent trigger, causing you to discard your hand, mill two cards and return Dakmor Salvage from your graveyard to your hand
5. Resolve Flame Jab, dealing 1 damage to any target
6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
7. Repeat
