Prerequisites

• Lluwen, Imperfect Naturalist on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Dakmor Salvage in hand
• Doom Weaver on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Lluwen by paying , tapping it and discarding Dakmor Salvage, creating a 1/1 Wurm creature token for each land card in your graveyard
2. When the Wurms enter, Doom Weaver's soulbond ability triggers that many times
3. Resolve the first Doom Weaver trigger, pairing it and a Wurm
4. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Wurm that's paired with Doom Weaver, adding
5. When the Wurm dies, it and Lluwen trigger
6. Resolve the Wurm trigger, instead choosing to mill two cards and return Dakmor Salvage from your graveyard to your hand
7. Resolve the Lluwen trigger, untapping it
8. Repeat steps 3 through 7 for each remaining Doom Weaver trigger, instead drawing a card normally in step 6
9. Repeat from step 1
