• Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain on the battlefield
• Words of Wind on the battlefield
• Mana Vault on the battlefield
• Foundry Inspector on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Words of Wind by paying
3. Cast an artifact by paying at most
4. Jhoira triggers, causing each player to return a permanent they control from the battlefield to their hand due to Words of Wind, with you returning Mana Vault to your hand
5. Activate Words of Wind by paying
6. Cast Mana Vault by paying its mana cost reduced by
7. Jhoira triggers, causing each player to return a permanent they control from the battlefield to their hand due to Words of Wind, with you returning the artifact cast in step 3 to your hand
8. Repeat

Results

• Infinite storm count
• Return all permanents opponents control to their owner's hand
• Infinite LTB
