Steps
- Cast Codex Shredder by paying
- Teshar triggers, returning Myr Retriever from your graveyard to the battlefield
- Activate Codex Shredder by tapping it, causing target player to mill one card
- Activate Extruder by sacrificing Codex Shredder, putting a +1/+1 counter on any target creature
- Activate Extruder by sacrificing Myr Retriever, putting a +1/+1 counter on any target creature
- Myr Retriever triggers, returning Codex Shredder from your graveyard to your hand
- Repeat
