• Invasion of Segovia on the battlefield as Caetus, Sea Tyrant of Segovia
• You control enough creatures to cast the buyback spell by only tapping creatures

Steps

1. Cast the buyback spell with buyback by tapping any number of creatures
2. Jeskai Ascendancy's first and second abilities trigger
3. Resolve the first trigger, giving creatures you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them
4. Resolve the second trigger, allowing you to loot
5. Resolve the spell with buyback, returning it to your hand
6. Repeat
