• Defiler of Faith on the battlefield
• Faith Healer on the battlefield
• Spirit Loop on the battlefield
• Starfield Mystic on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Faith Healer by sacrificing Spirit Loop
2. Spirit Loop and Starfield Mystic triggers
3. Resolve the Starfield Mystic trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
4. Resolve the Spirit Loop trigger, returning it from your graveyard to your hand
5. Resolve the Faith Healer ability, causing you to gain two life
6. Cast Spirit Loop by paying two life, targeting any creature
7. Defiler of Faith triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token
8. Repeat
