Steps

1. Cast Rakdos Joins Up by paying
2. When Rakdos Joins Up enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers
3. Holding priority, activate Faith Healer by sacrificing Rakdos Joins Up
4. Resolve the Rakdos Joins Up ability, returning Archon of Falling Stars from your graveyard to the battlefield with two +1/+1 counters on it
5. When Archon of Falling Stars enters the battlefield, it triggers
6. Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Archon of Falling Stars
7. Resolve the Archon of Falling Stars ability, returning Rakdos Joins Up from your graveyard to the battlefield
8. Repeat from step 2
