Prerequisites

• Timestream Navigator on the battlefield
• Isochron Scepter on the battlefield
• Eladamri's Call in exile
• Timestream Navigator does not have summoning sickness
• You have the city's blessing
• each turn available

Steps

1. Activate Timestream Navigator by paying , tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
2. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Eladamri's Call without paying its mana cost
3. Resolve Eladamri's Call, searching your library for Timestream Navigator and putting it into your hand
4. Cast TImestream Navigator by paying
5. Repeat each turn
