• Muraganda Raceway on the battlefield
• You have max speed

Steps

1. Activate Muraganda Raceway by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Deserted Temple's second ability by paying and tapping it, targeting itself
3. Locus of Enlightenment triggers, copying Deserted Temple's ability, targeting Muraganda Raceway
4. Resolve both Deserted Temple abilities, untapping it and Muraganda Raceway
5. Repeat
