Steps

1. Activate Arid Archway by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Deserted Temple's second ability by paying and tapping it, targeting itself
3. Locus of Enlightenment triggers, copying Deserted Temple's ability, targeting Arid Archway
4. Resolve both Deserted Temple abilities, untapping it and Arid Archway
5. Repeat
