Steps

1. Activate Simic Growth Chamber by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Deserted Temple's second ability by paying and tapping it, targeting itself
3. Locus of Enlightenment triggers, copying Deserted Temple's ability, targeting Simic Growth Chamber
4. Resolve both Deserted Temple abilities, untapping it and Simic Growth Chamber
5. Repeat
