• Voltaic Key on the battlefield
• Sceptre of Eternal Glory on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping it, adding three mana of any color
2. Activate Voltaic Key by paying and tapping it, targeting Sceptre of Eternal Glory
3. Locus of Enlightenment triggers, copying Voltaic Key's ability, targeting Voltaic Key
4. Resolve both Voltaic Key abilities, untapping it and Sceptre of Eternal Glory
5. Repeat
