Steps

1. Activate Dreamstone Hedron by tapping it, adding Activate Voltaic Key by paying and tapping it, targeting Dreamstone Hedron
2. Locus of Enlightenment triggers, copying Voltaic Key's ability, targeting Voltaic Key
3. Resolve both Voltaic Key abilities, untapping it and Dreamstone Hedron
4. Repeat
