Steps

1. Activate Gideon of the Trials by putting zero loyalty counters on him, creating his emblem
2. Draw a card
3. Niv-Mizzet triggers, dealing 1 damage to you
4. Vilis triggers, causing you to draw a card
5. Repeat from step 3 until your library is empty, preventing a game loss with Gideon of the Trials
