Prerequisites

• Glissa, the Traitor on the battlefield
• Butcher of Malakir on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Cathodion on the battlefield

Steps

1. Sacrifice Cathodion to Ashnod's Altar, adding
2. Cathodion and Butcher of Malakir trigger
3. Resolve Cathodion's trigger, adding
4. Resolve Butcher of Malakir's trigger, causing each opponent to sacrifice a creature
5. Glissa triggers at least once, allowing you to return Cathodion to your hand
6. Cast Cathodion by paying
7. Repeat until your opponents no longer control any creatures
