Prerequisites

• Glissa, the Traitor on the battlefield
• Grave Pact on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Cathodion on the battlefield

Steps

1. Sacrifice Cathodion to Altar of Dementia
2. Cathodion and Grave Pact trigger
3. Resolve Cathodion's trigger, adding
4. Resolve Grave Pact's trigger, causing each opponent to sacrifice a creature
5. Glissa triggers at least once, allowing you to return Cathodion to your hand
6. Resolve Altar of Dementia's ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power
7. Cast Cathodion by paying
8. Repeat until your opponents no longer control any creatures
