• Wormfang Manta in hand
• Scroll of Fate on the battlefield
• Wizard Mentor on the battlefield
• Wizard Mentor does not have summoning sickness
• each turn available

Steps

1. Activate Scroll of Fate by tapping it, manifesting Wormfang Manta from your hand
2. Pay to turn Wormfang Manta face up
3. Activate Wizard Mentor by tapping it, returning itself and Wormfang Manta from the battlefield to your hand
4. Wormfang Manta's LTB ability triggers, creating an extra turn after this one
5. Cast Wizard Mentor by paying
6. Repeat
