Steps

1. Cast Psychic Miasma by paying , targeting yourself
2. Moonveil Regent's first ability triggers, causing you to discard your hand, then mill two cards and return Dakmor Salvage from your graveyard to your hand
3. Resolve Psychic Miasma, discarding Dakmor Salvage and returning Psychic Miasma to your hand
4. Bone Miser's second ability triggers, adding
5. Repeat
