Steps

1. Cast Psychic Miasma by paying , targeting yourself
2. Whirlwind of Thought triggers, causing you to mill two cards and return Dakmor Salvage from your graveyard to your hand
3. Resolve Psychic Miasma, discarding Dakmor Salvage and returning Psychic Miasma to your hand
4. Bone Miser's second ability triggers, adding
5. Repeat
