Steps

1. Cast Myth Unbound by paying
2. Cast Sakashima's Protege by paying , choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Myth Unbound
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Tamiyo, adding
4. Choose to return Tamiyo to the command zone from your graveyard
5. Myth Unbound and Sakashima's Protege trigger, causing you to draw two cards
6. Cast Tamiyo from the command zone by paying
7. Repeat from step 3
