• Myth Unbound on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Mirrormade on the battlefield
• Mirrormade on the battlefield as a copy of Myth Unbound

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Tamiyo, adding
2. Choose to return Tamiyo to the command zone from your graveyard
3. Myth Unbound and Mirrormade trigger, causing you to draw two cards
4. Cast Tamiyo from the command zone by paying
5. Repeat
