Steps

1. Cast Astral Dragon by paying Reflections of Littjara triggers, copying the Astral Dragon spell
2. Resolve the copy of the Astral Dragon spell, putting a token copy of Astral Dragon onto the battlefield
3. When the Astral Dragon token enters the battlefield, it triggers itself, creating four token copies of Elspeth that are 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types
4. Resolve the original Astral Dragon spell from step 1
5. When Astral Dragon enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating 64 token copies of Elspeth that are 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types
