Steps

1. Cast Astral Dragon by paying
2. Astral Dragon enters the battlefield, targeting Machine God's Effigy
3. Use Machine God's Effigy's ability to have both tokens instead enter as noncreature artifact token copies of Astral Dragon with ": Add "
4. Both Astral Dragon copies trigger
5. Repeat from step 2 any number of times, creating an additional Astral Dragon trigger on the stack each loop
6. Once you have infinite Astral Dragon triggers, resolve them all, creating infinite copies of all noncreature permanents that are 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types
7. You may also target Machine God's Effigy any number of times to create infinite noncreature artifact copies of all creatures
