Steps

1. Activate Reckless Assault by paying and 2 life, dealing 1 damage to Body of Knowledge
2. Body of Knowledge triggers, causing you to draw a card
3. Sheoldred and The Locust God trigger
4. Resolve the Sheoldred trigger, causing you to gain 2 life
5. Resolve the Locust God trigger, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste
6. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Insect, adding
7. Repeat
