Steps

1. Cast Balancing Act
2. Holding priority, cast Teferi's Protection, phasing out all permanents you control, causing it so your life total can't change this turn, you gain protection from everything until end of turn and exile Teferi's Protection
3. Each player sacrifices all permanents they control and each player discards cards until they have a number of cards equal to the player with the least cards in hand
