• Battalion Foot Soldier in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Mortuary on the battlefield
• You control at least two creatures with +1/+1 counters on them

Steps

1. Cast Battalion Foot Soldier by paying
2. When Battalion Foot Soldier enters the battlefield, it triggers
3. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Battalion Foot Soldier, adding
4. When Battalion Foot Soldier dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Battalion Foot Soldier from your graveyard on top of your library
5. Resolve the Batallion Foot Soldier trigger from step 2, causing you to search your library for Batallion Foot Soldier and put it into your hand
6. Repeat
